Attractivelabel is committed to customer satisfaction. Because our window coverings are custom-made to your specifications, we have specific return and refund policies as outlined below.
All custom blinds and curtains are made specifically for your windows based on measurements and specifications you provide or that we take during our consultation. As such, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
If you receive a product that is defective or does not match your order specifications due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

We provide fabric samples and color swatches to help you make informed decisions. If the final product differs significantly from what was agreed upon, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include remaking the product or providing a refund.

If you experience issues during installation that are due to our product or service, we will send a technician to resolve the problem at no charge. If installation issues are due to structural problems with your windows or walls, additional charges may apply.
Our products come with a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims should be submitted within the warranty period specified in your order documentation. We will repair or replace defective items covered under warranty.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
If a return is approved due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
